Massage therapy at S&S MedSpa is more than a luxury... it is real bodywork with real results. Our licensed massage therapist tailors every session to what your body needs that day, whether that is releasing a stubborn knot, calming a nervous system that has been running on empty, or simply giving yourself permission to rest. Choose from four session lengths, from a focused 30 minute Targeted session to a full 120 minute Restorative experience. Add cupping therapy or hot stones to deepen the work. Every session takes place in our quiet treatment suite with warmed linens, soft lighting, and zero rush. Not sure which length to book? Start with The Signature Massage (60 min). It is our most popular session and the best introduction to what our therapist can do.

Redness, broken capillaries, rosacea, sun spots, and uneven tone respond well to light-based treatment, and DyeVL is one of the most precise tools we have for it. Part of our Alma Harmony XL Pro platform, it delivers targeted pulses of light that break up unwanted pigment and shrink visible vessels while leaving surrounding skin alone. Most people describe it as a quick snap of warmth. There's no real downtime, though you may look slightly flushed for a few hours and darker spots often surface and flake off over the following week. Best results come from a series. We'll talk through how many sessions your skin needs at your consultation. Sun avoidance and daily SPF are required before and after treatment. We'll go over the full prep list when you book.
