Consultation - (Peri)Menopause Managament

This is an in-person consultation with Dr. Corey to discuss symptoms, management and treatment of perimenopause and menopause symptoms. This consultation requires an in-depth review of medical history, current symptoms, and goals of treatment. Prescriptions and lab work orders and interpretations will be provided on an as-needed basis.
