Acute Care/Urgent Care Visit
Our Acute Care Visit provides prompt, personalized evaluation and treatment for common illnesses and minor medical concerns. Meet one-on-one with our Nurse Practitioner for expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions such as cough, cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, sinus infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), rashes, minor injuries, and other acute health concerns. Our goal is to provide convenient, high-quality care to help you feel better as quickly as possible without the long wait times often associated with urgent care facilities. Additional Procedures Available Mole & Skin Tag Removal Removal of 1–2 benign moles or up to 10 skin tags during your visit. Abscess Drainage Evaluation and drainage of simple skin abscesses when appropriate. Please note that we do not perform drainage of dental abscesses or perianal abscesses. Laceration Repair (Stitches) Treatment and repair of minor cuts and lacerations involving the face or extremities. Additional fees may apply based on the complexity of the repair and supplies required. Please Note: Certain procedures, medications, laboratory testing, injections, or supplies may incur additional charges beyond the office visit fee. IV Infusion-Vitamin IV
NAD+ ($400): This molecule is one of the most important co-factors for improving mitochondrial function, also known as the "energy powerhouses." The mitochondria convert macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) into energy-rich ATP molecules. Research has shown improved mental clarity, alertness, concentration, and memory as well as improved athletic endurance and chronic fatigue via infusion. You will receive a vitamin, NAD+ , and a glutathione infusion, expect to stay 3-4 hours. Migraine & Pain ($220): A combination of vitamins to help reduce inflammation and pain. We also have an ad on anti-inflammatory injection or steroids if needed. Get Up and Go Infusion ($135): A mix of vitamin B complex and an amino acid blend to kickstart your metabolism, help you feel energized as well as burn fat, energy restoration, and performance improvement! Glutathione Infusion - Add On ($60): Glutathione infusion aids in combating free radicals and detoxifying your body from chemicals, pollutants, and drugs by acting as a crucial antioxidant that plays a role in various chemical reactions. This is given with another vitamin infusion for maximum absorption. Hydration Infusion ($75): One liter of normal saline to help get you caught up on your hydration. Immunity ($160): A combination of normal saline, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, vitamin B12, B complex, ascorbic acid, and zinc to help boost your immune system. Inner Beauty Infusion ($175): Bring out your inner beauty with this blend of IV fluids, vitamins, and antioxidants to help detoxify your body and strengthen your hair, skin, and nails!Ingredients: B-Complex Vitamins, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Biotin, Glutathione Push. Myer's Infusion ($200): The original IV cocktail developed by Dr. John Meyers to support your immune system and fight fatigue includes a combination of normal saline, magnesium chloride, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, and calcium gluconate.

Pricing starts at $20 per ml. Injections can be administered in-office or taken home for self-administration under provider guidance.
Men's Health Visit
Men's Health Visit Initial consultation and labs $175 and a 12 month testosterone membership is $199 per month if criteria met. Initial consultation plus labs through insurance is $125. Come in for our Men's TRT Initial Consult where we can assess your testosterone and sex hormone levels if you're experiencing fatigue, lack of motivation, or changes in sexual desire. The membership price includes visits with our provider and labs every 3 months, the medication (testosterone and B12) that is injected weekly at our office. Hormone Therapy For men with clinically low test and sexual dysfunction, carefully monitored test replacement can modestly improve desire and function. Note: Testosterone is not a first-line ED treatment unless hormone levels are confirmed low. At NPS, we conduct thorough lab testing before starting therapy and reevaluate every 3 months.

Men's Sexual Health: P-Shot The P-Shot®, or Priapus Shot®, is a cutting-edge, non-surgical treatment designed to naturally enhance male sexual function using the body's own healing properties. The procedure harnesses the power of platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—a concentrated solution derived from your own blood that is rich in growth factors and regenerative proteins. Service cost $1000 Step-by-Step Overview: Consultation Your provider will begin with a confidential consultation to review your medical history, discuss concerns such as erectile dysfunction, sensitivity, or performance, and determine if the P-Shot is right for you. Blood Draw A small amount of your blood is drawn, similar to a routine lab test. PRP Preparation The blood is spun in a specialized centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This golden plasma contains concentrated healing factors essential for tissue regeneration and improved blood flow. Topical Numbing A powerful numbing cream is applied to the treatment area to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience. Precise PRP Injections Using a fine needle, the PRP is injected into specific areas of the penis. These injections are strategically placed to promote tissue growth, increase circulation, and restore function. Post-Treatment & Results The entire procedure typically takes 30–45 minutes. There is minimal to no downtime, and most patients can resume normal activity the same day. Results often begin to appear within a few weeks, with improvements in sensitivity, firmness, and performance continuing to develop over time.
Pellet Insertion (Female)
The $360 fee includes your consultation and pellet insertion. Initial labs cost $140 additional or you can use your health insurance. We use the EvexiPEL brand pellets. The pellets are inserted once every 3-4 months depending on your metabolism. Lab visits are scheduled 4-6 weeks post insertion to monitor the "peak" level and then again at 3-4 months to measure the "trough level," for the first two insertions then we can schedule every other insertion and as needed.

Come relax in our red light bag and then get on the vibration table to help reset your lymphatic system. Red Light Therapy Bag-20 minute session A red light therapy bag delivers low-level red and near-infrared light to the body to support cellular energy production and tissue repair. Appetite suppressants and other tools are available to those seeking assistance with lifestyle modifications. An initial $75 consultation fee is required then you can choose from one of eight packages. We offer appetite suppressants/medication and natural options within our packages: phentermine, sermorelin, low dose naltrexone, compounded trizepatide, THINNR, Calocurb, and Zepbound. We offer 3 month packages based on your needs
