Convenient lab testing, right here at Revive. Our In-House Lab Services make it easy to have your blood drawn without the hassle of visiting a separate laboratory. We offer a variety of lab options, including women’s and men’s hormone panels, thyroid testing, weight-loss labs, wellness testing, and other commonly requested labs. Lab services are available to both established Revive patients and individuals who simply need convenient testing. Most results are available within a few days and will be sent to you once received. Lab draw appointments do not include a provider consultation or interpretation of results. If follow-up or provider review is needed, a separate appointment may be required.

No insurance billing required. Membership is available for a simple monthly fee.
